EXERCISE

Exercise and movement are the elixir to longevity. Not only will you get your body moving with movement goals that fit with your lifestyle, but you will also have a workout program to set the foundations of a stronger healthier body. A 2 day a week full body bodyweight program designed to progress each week and will help revive your fitness and reduce the impact of hormonal fluctuations.

How the sign up process works

  1. Click Sign up – Once you sign up you’ll be taken to the payment page. Once you have paid you will be directed to a thank you page where you will be able to create your personal account. This is where all of your coaching will be.
  2. Check your email – Once you have successfully paid and you have created your account , you will be sent an email with all of the details you need to get started.
  3. Facebook Group – There will be a link provided in the email to join the private Facebook group. 
  4. Prime Revive will begin on Monday 11th March 2024.
