Over the last 12wks I have lost just shy of 7 kilograms (nearly 10% of my starting weight) I still had my chocolate bullets with my cuppa and full cream milk on my porridge (even had a little sprinkle of sugar). I was really scared & apprehensive to join the program. Prior to joining I was struggling to lose any weight and to keep it off and I was replacing meals with a diet shake and had done for 12 months. I also tried having a diet shake for breakfast as well but found it was way too hard to maintain. I work long hours not only at work but also being active after that working with my horses everyday, so having to go without a lot of food for the day just wasn’t working for me. I would lose around 3-5kgs but would put it all back on again. I needed to try something different and was willing to try anything and was desperate for some help and guidance. My goal was to look good on my horse but not just that, be able to feel more comfortable on my horse. One of the things I learned while on the program was I was eating so much food and still lose weight. I really enjoyed the support from the group and weekly group check-ins and the information and material I learned was excellent. I loved how I could fit it in around my busy lifestyle and loved the way I could access everything at any time due to work and my horses. I lost 7kg while on the program and I've continued with Sandy privately so I can continue to make progress.

The biggest thing I had trouble with prior to starting the program was my nutrition. I always thought there was "good" & "bad" food & I struggled with my weight for years. The information given was super clear and Sandy delivers it in such an authentic way that it just kept it very real and relatable, but also that I was held accountable to finish. I thought was eating pretty good before starting, but a few weeks into the program I realised I had to change a fair bit. Meal planning was probably the biggest thing I was struggling with plus overeating and snacking. The best thing I loved was to still have a life without a strict diet!
